Refund policy

All Patch to Porch orders are FINAL SALE.  Because pumpkins are a perishable item and are ordered and bought from our farms for your specific order, these items can not be returned or cancelled.  All orders are non-refundable.  Please note that pumpkins are a perishable item and age faster due to the elements- specifically sun and water damage.  Additionally, as they are displayed outside, small critters such as squirrels and rabbits are attracted to them for a food source. Although we spray packages with critter away deterrent and some packages have the option to clear coat spray them, these are not guaranteed measures to keep animals away.  Please consult with an animal trapper for additional information on how to deter small animals from your pumpkins.
